It includes most State & Territory managed roads with data at fine grained 100m segments, but no metadata was collected from the States & Territories. There is therefore no record of actual dates or methodology of collection, nor the processing methodologies used or whether these were consistent across locations. Data quality has room for improvement. However, as of June 2019 this data appears to be the best known coverage of managed road data across Australia in a single source. For more up to date data or for data from a particular location, and higher quality metadata, we suggest checking open data at </span><a href='https://data.gov.au/' style='text-decoration:underline;'><span>https://data.gov.au/</span></a><span> or engaging directly with data owners.</span></p></div></div></div>
